Yoga's incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person's mental well-being. Yoga helps reduce pain perception, decrease inflammation, and improve mobility among people with various health issues or chronic pain.
Meditation is both a state of being and a practice. When we Meditate, we bring the body and the mind into the same place, at the same time.
Breathwork is the use of breath awareness and breath practice in order to benefit the mind, body and spirit.
