Yoga for Pelvic Health & Pain

I have been living with Chronic Pelvic Pain for almost 10 years. My journey has had many ups and downs, tears and laughter. It hasn't always been easy but I have made it this far so I must be doing something right.

I never thought that yoga or meditation would become part of my life let alone part of my routine. I reluctantly tried both at the recommendation of my many doctors and loved one. After my first practice in both, I finally understood why everyone pushed me towards them.

They brought me peace, calmness and a way to center myself in the midst of craziness, pain, frustration and anger. Yoga & meditation brought a connection to a part me that had yet to be touched, that was ready to be awakened and utilized. They were new tools to help bring calmness to a crazy cycle of pain, even if it was for a short while. The mind, body, spirit connection was like no other for me.

I knew if it was helping me, maybe I could help others. I embarked on a journey to deepen my yoga skills and understanding of the practice and have become a Register Yoga Teacher (RYT200). I then decided to take a Meditation Teacher Training (200 hrs) and completed successfully. I completed a 20 hour training on Yoga for Pelvic Health. (I am currently working on a Breathwork Facilitator course (300 hours) - I'll be offering Breathwork practices in the future.)

My passion and concentration is Yoga for Pelvic Health & Pain, Restorative Yoga and Meditations.
